How we work

Step 1

Tell us about your property

  • Start by sending us basic information about your property through our Get Started enquiry form.
  • We’ll arrange some time with you (by phone or in person) to talk through your plans, answer any questions you may have and discuss the next steps based on your individual needs.
Step 2

We help get you set up

  • You will be given all the information and support you need to get your property ready to accept paying guests.
  • If you need any work doing to your property then we can put you in contact with the local professionals.
  • We will visit your property to take photos, do a full inventory audit and complete a final check.
Step 3

We'll start promoting your home

  • Using our smart technology we’ll create professional listings of your property, written by real humans with local expertise to really market your property.
  • We’ll confirm the property’s availability with you and then distribute your property listing across multiple booking sites like HomeAway, Airbnb and Booking.com etc.
Step 4

We manage your bookings and guests

  • We take complete care of your guests and property 24/7 by quickly responding to booking enquiries, check in guests when they arrive, provide them with live support during their stay and making sure they leave happy (with the all important 5 star reviews).
  • Between stays we utilise our professional cleaning services with fresh linen and towels and any welcome drinks/gifts you choose to offer.
  • You will be given access to our app to see all bookings and to block out any days where you need access to your property and we’ll send monthly reports.
Step 5

Together we review and optimize

  • We constantly review your listings and bookings, and use smart technology to optimise pricing.
  • We will meet with you (via telephone or in person) after 3 months to review progress, talk through any questions you may have and discuss any changes to the pricing and distribution model.
  • We’ll then meet at your property to inspect and review once a year – although we are always available if you need us.
